  • All prices listed on the Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product colors, fabric, and design details; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing/dyeing lot differences (a common characteristic of lawn, chiffon, and unstitched fabrics).
  • Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

3. Order Placement & Acceptance

  • An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp from our team.
  • We accept payments via debit/credit card and, where available, Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • We reserve the right to request additional verification for high-value or suspicious orders before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free nationwide shipping across Pakistan on all orders unless otherwise stated.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 working days depending on your location, though delays may occur due to courier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier partner’s designated recipient.
  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery; any visible tampering or damage should be reported to the courier and to us immediately.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the product.
  • Unstitched, altered, washed, or used items are not eligible for return or exchange unless found defective on arrival.
  • Approved returns must be sent back in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (for card payments) or via bank transfer (for COD orders) within 7–10 working days.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items may be marked as final sale and non-returnable; this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

6. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities under your account.
